GENERAL INFORMATION ON THE ECO-CENTRE
REASONS FOR ITS CREATION
The idea to create a GLOBAL CENTRE FOR HEALING, SPIRITUAL & ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION, was given to me by GAIA in 1999. Gaia took me to the exact location of the site and showed me the main features of the land. Among other details, She showed me that it is located in a mountain range (the Andes in South America), at an altitude of 900 - 1,000 meters above sea level and approximately 50 minutes by road from the ocean. Gaia pointed out the SPRING in the site and explained:
“Beloved, these waters have the highest healing power that exists on earth. You will be the ‘Guardian’ of this Spring of Healing Waters and you will be building a Center for Spiritual Education and Healing with Water in this site. People from all over the world will come to heal with these waters, beloved.
The main source of funds for the building of this Center will be provided by philanthropists from many countries -as donations, for they will know in their hearts that this project is for the ‘Highest Benefit of Humanity’.
The source of income for this Center will be through the sale of these waters. You have here an infinite supply of funds, beloved. Remember well this land, beloved, for you will have to find it when you are ready. I will remind you of this project when it be the ‘Divine Timing’ for its creation and manifestation.”
I remember asking Gaia: “Will these waters have the Healing Power of the waters of Lourdes?”
She replied: “No, beloved. The waters of Lourdes do not have the Healing Power of these waters. These waters are special; we co-created them with God/Goddess for the evolution of humanity, and have a very high level of vibration.
Part of your Earth Mission, is to create a Center in order to disseminate these waters throughout the world. Their Healing Power is like nothing humanity has ever experienced. There will be many healings that will be called ‘miraculous’. In fact, there is no miracle, beloved. It is simply that these waters have a very high level of LOVE, which allows healing through the ‘dissolution’ of disease.
Understand beloved that all the diseases experienced by humanity are energetically of a very low level of vibration, due to the fact that they are all based on fear. Therefore, if the sick person is charged with fear, he/she cannot heal. However, if the sick person is provided with the means to raise his/her ‘quotient of Love’ and thus its level of vibration, the person will then have the power to heal itself.”
In November 2005, Gaia informed me IT IS TIME TO CREATE AND MANIFEST THIS CENTRE. She asked me to place the information in this website as soon as possible. So I am now following her prompting.
The location of the land isin South America. I will be completing the purchase of the land in July 2006. It is estimated that the land will be approximately 50 – 100 acres and surrounded by forests.
AIMS OF THE ECO-CENTRE
The ECO-CENTRE is an INTEGRATED MODEL of SPIRITUAL AND PHYSICAL HEALING (including Healing with the Spring Waters of the site), Spiritual Education and Environmental Education. It will serve the following purposes:
GENERAL OUTLINE OF THE ECO-CENTRE
Its design is HEXAGONAL. On each point of the hexagon one of the 6 MAIN PAVILLIONS is situated. (See ‘Details of the Eco-centre’ below).
The ‘Meditation Hall’, the most important structure for the dispersion of energies of Divine Love and Divine Service, is located in the middle of the Hexagon. There are WATER WAYS channeled everywhere, with bridges linking the pavilions and Zen-style gardens. Each pavilion is surrounded by vegetation to hide it from the other pavilions and is built using FENG SHUI principles.

OVERALL PLAN OF THE ECO-CENTRE
THE 6 MAIN PAVILLIONS in the hexagon are:
1) OFFICE/ADMINISTRATION PAVILLION: furnished with 4 desks, computers, filing cabinets, closets, seats, telephones, fax, photocopier, etc. lounge & small kitchen for coffee/tea (250m2)
2) TERMINALLY ILL CHILDREN’S PAVILLION (30 PAX = 15 children and one parent/guardian): 15 rooms with twin beds, bedside table and built in closet. Game Room; Lounge; Healing Room /Operating Room for doctors and healers; small pharmacy/homeopathic medicine distribution center; laundry. This is the only pavillion with an inside toilet & shower facilities -linked to a Septic system (300 m2).
3) KITCHEN AND DINING HALL PAVILLION (for up to 150 PAX): with a small area for coffee, tea 24 hours a day. (300 m2)
4) HEALERS & TEACHERS PAVILLION (16 PAX): 8 rooms with twin beds, bedside table, built -in close; lounge, office & small kitchen for coffee/tea (300 m2)
5) PERMANENT STAFF PAVILLION (40 PAX): 20 rooms with twin beds, bedside table, built-in closet; lounge, office & small kitchen for coffee/tea – These are separated into two sections with water fountain in between. (300 m2)
6) PAVILLION FOR COURSE /WORKSHOP PARTICIPANTS (48 PAX): 4 rooms with twin beds; 10 rooms dormitory-style with 2 bunkbeds; bedside table; built-in closet (= 4 beds/room); lounge, office & small kitchen for coffee/tea (300 m2)
7) MEDITATION, EDUCATION AND CONFERENCE HALL (100 PAX): located in the center of the hexagon (500 m2).
PAVILLIONS EXTERNAL TO THE HEXAGON
8) LAUNDRY/ LABORATORY/ WATER BOTTLING PLANT: 3 different sections.
9) VOLUNTEERS & GARDENERS PAVILLION (38 PAX): 12 rooms: dormitory-style with 2 bunk-beds (= 4 beds/room); bedside table; built-in closet. Lounge, office & small kitchenette. Located a good distance from the rest of the center (to the right, near the shed and green house). (500 m2)
10) SANITARY PAVILION FOR GARDENERS & VOLUNTEER WORKERS: 8 showers; 6 sinks; COMPOSTING TOILET with 3 toilet seats (located to the right, near the shed and green house). (200m2).
11) HEALING PAVILLION: 10 separate rooms, each with room for a massage table, bedside table and chair; Lounge, office & small kitchenette. – CLOSE TO THE WATER HEALERS PAVILLION. (200 m2)
12) DIRECTOR’S HUT: A small two-bedroom hut with lounge, office, lounge, office & kitchenette for coffee/tea . – CLOSE TO THE WATER HEALERS AND BATHROOM PAVILLIONS (108 m2)
13) ADMINISTRATOR’S HUT: A small two-bedroom hut with lounge, office & kitchenette for coffee/tea – CLOSE TO THE WATER HEALERS AND BATHROOM PAVILLIONS. (108 m2)
14) PERMANENT TEACHER'S & HEALER'S HUTS: FOUR small two-bedroom huts for permanent teachers with lounge, office, kitchenette for coffee/tea (108 m2)
15) COMPOSTING TOILETS: 8 SEPARATE CONSTRUCTIONS – with 3 toilet seats each (see design on website: www.clivusmultrum.com for composting toilets with capacity for 30+ persons each). (48 m2 each)
16) BATHROOM FACILITIES: 4 SEPARATE CONSTRUCTIONS for showers, tubs, sinks, for the Pavilions within the hexagon; each construction with 1 tub, 6 showers and 6 sinks. (48 m2 each)
17) GARDENING SHED/GARAGE: with room for a bulldozer, tractor, tools, seeds (300 m2)
18) GREEN HOUSE (150 m2)
19) CHICKEN PEN (50 m2) & COMPOST area.
20) WATER TREATMENT PLANT: For filtration and cleansing of Waste-Water (that is, black-water from composting toilets and grey-water from bathrooms, laundry and kitchen), prior to it being diverted to reed beds (19a) and then reused in gardens.
21) POWER PLANT: Production through various methods: a) Solar, b) Micro-Hydro (generation with water) y c) Eolian (generation with wind). These systems will generate the energy required for the infrastructure of the whole ..Eco-centre, including communications.
22) NATURAL LAKE / POOL: With areas for children and adults; to be used for healings in water, Watsu and relaxation.
PERSONNEL CO-CREATING THE ECO-CENTRE
The following people are in charge of the co-creation of the Eco-centre:
FINANCING OF THE ECO-CENTRE
1. PHYLANTHROPISTS: Gaia and other ‘MASTERS’ tell me that it is important to place this information on the web, to attract philanthropists, who will provide us with the funds to build the ..Eco-centre; maintain the terminally ill Childrens’ ward; and pay for the Children and Parent/Guardian trips and costs of staying at the Center.
2. ECO-TOURISM: There will be ’Guided Tours’ of the ..Eco-centre for tourists, explaining the model of construction, water treatment, and permaculture (organic agricultural) methods. These Tours are payed for by visitors. There will also be a surcharge for food, tea & coffee at our dining Hall. Plus Bottled water fees.
3. EDUCATION: There will be Courses and Workshops continuously throughout the year in the following subjects: a) Spiritual Education & Meditation; b) Training of Healers; c) Environmental Education; d) Parenting the New Children; e) Water Technology Design & Implementation; f) Permaculture Design & Practice, and others. There will also be daily healings for Course participants and visitors. These will be payed by participants.
4. HEALING PRODUCTS: We will sell continuously: ‘Healing Water’ in bottles and ‘Love Essences’ – to heal emotional wounds. As well as, Water Technologies for Filtration, Cleansing and Energizing.
5. FUNDRAISING: FOR SALE - Divine Wood Sculptures: Whales, Dolphins, Buddhas, Quan Yin, Mermaids, Turtles, etc. (See Gallery)
VOLUNTEER WORKERS
Nowadays there is a well-known and great system of work and education called “WOOFING”- Work for Food and Lodging. There are many ‘Woofing networks’ around the world at present. Participants are mostly (but not only) young people who wish to travel around the world to meet new people and learn about alternative ways of living.
At the beginning of the year a CALENDAR OF EVENTS for the whole year will be made available on our website, through the internet and through advertising networks around the world. We will specify: a) Who will be offering courses and healings; b) Which are the Masteries or Specialties of each teacher; c) Language in which the course/workshop will be taught.
ESTIMATED COST OF PROJECT
According to our Specialist in Construction, this project would cost approximately USD$ 4 Million. It will be done by stages, ensuring the center is viable and operational from the early stages.
USD $ 4 millions:
$1,000.000 - Land purchase
$2,000.000 - Construction, Architectural Design, Furnishings, etc.
$1,000.000 - Equipments for Gardening, Bottling, etc., Water Treatment Plant, Photovoltaic Cells, etc.
Among the elements that will determine the start date, two are key:
1) To secure funding
2) To purchase the site with the healing waters. Dr. Corredor will be travelling to South America in mid-2006 to assess the site.
3) Once these two elements are in place, detailed planning can begin. Building the Eco-Centre will take 9-12 months.In Divine Service and gratitude for your Divine Assistance,
