ABOUT 'THE HIGHER COUNCIL OF WATER BEINGS'
Members of the 'Higher Council of Water Beings' come from different star systems and galaxies within this Melchizedek Universe. This Higher Council of Water Beings is under the direct command of Goddess/God and oversees several Councils of Water Beings throughout this Universe.
At the Head of the Higher Council of Water Beings are: Poseidon, Archangel Aquariel and Archangel Clarity.
The role of Poseidon is to direct the CLEAR RAY OF GOD and the SPIRIT OF WATER, into all the different realms, Etheric and Physical.
This is done with the assistance of Archangels Aquariel and Clarity who are in charge of the PURITY and CLARITY of the CLEAR RAY OF GOD.
